Due to the precious nature of our products, we are vigilant about potential fraudulent activities and aim to ensure that returns are genuine and legitimate. We kindly ask you to thoroughly review our detailed return guidelines below to ensure smooth and secure processing.

    Conditions for Return:

    ·      Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    ·      Returned items must be unused, unworn, in pristine original condition, and must include all original packaging, tags, and certificates, if provided.

    ·      Items exhibiting any signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering will not qualify for a return.

    ·      Return shipping expenses must be borne by the customer unless the return is explicitly due to an error from SILVER OCEAN.

    Non-returnable Items:

    ·      Customized or personalized jewelry items.

    ·      Earrings, due to strict hygiene guidelines.

    ·      Items bought during clearance sales or special promotional events.

    ·      Any damaged or broken items upon receipt; we do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after receipt or due to customer handling.

    Mandatory Video Proof:

    To mitigate fraudulent activities and safeguard both parties, we require customers to provide compulsory video footage clearly showing the parcel being opened and the item condition upon receipt. This video should clearly capture parcel labels, packaging integrity, and the item’s initial condition. Returns without valid, clear video evidence will strictly not be accepted.

    Important Notice Regarding Sets:

    For items purchased as a set (e.g., a chain and pendant set or earring set), partial returns or exchanges of individual pieces are not permitted under any circumstances. The entire set must be returned in pristine condition to qualify for a return.

    Procedure for Returns:

    1.        Immediately upon receiving your parcel, record a clear video from the start of opening the sealed package.

    2.        Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to request a return.

    3.        Provide your order number, explicit reason for the return, clear photographic evidence, and your recorded unboxing video.

    4.        Await return approval and follow detailed return instructions provided by our support team.

    Refund Processing:

    All returned items will undergo rigorous inspection to validate their condition and authenticity. After successful inspection and validation, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

                Cancellation Policy

                Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
