    Welcome to SILVER OCEAN!

    All our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, often handcrafted and sometimes customized. As a result, slight variations in design, size, and appearance may occur. Product images are for reference only and may look different due to lighting, camera, or screen settings.

    We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

    3. ORDERS

    Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. Once payment is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation.

    Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless approved by us. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

    4. PRICING & BILLING

    Prices are listed in INR and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer discounts or limited-time offers from time to time.

    You agree to provide current, accurate payment details. We accept various modes of payment including UPI, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

    5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout but may vary due to logistics or external factors.

    Once shipped, the risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays or issues outside our control.

    6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on our website, including designs, text, images, and logos, is the property of SILVER OCEAN or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any material without prior written permission.

    7. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

                Pricing & Payment

                All prices are listed in INR (₹). Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

                Order Confirmation

                Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

                Shipping & Delivery

                Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.

                Returns & Exchanges

                Returns or exchanges are accepted strictly as per our Return Policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

                Jewelry Care

                925 silver jewelry may naturally oxidize over time. Proper storage and regular cleaning as per our Jewelry Care Guide will help maintain its shine and longevity.

                Cancellation Policy

                Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

                Liability

                We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials. Customers are advised to review product material details before purchase.
