    Order Processing: - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment confirmation. - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

    Shipping Duration: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. - Remote locations might experience longer delivery times.

    Shipping Charges: - Free shipping is provided across India for orders valued at ₹1000 or more. - For orders below ₹1000, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

    Parcel Weight: Typically, our parcels weigh under 2 kg, ensuring convenient handling and secure delivery.

    Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status.

    Delivery Confirmation: All orders require a signature upon delivery to confirm safe receipt. Please ensure you or an authorized individual are available to receive the package.

    Address Accuracy: Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses. SILVER OCEAN cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

                Cancellation Policy

                Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
